Joseph Aborowa FCA, MBA - he is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA, ICAN) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (ACTI). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc.) in Economics and a master’s degree in Financial Management. He is a seasoned professional with close to three-decade experience in the field of auditing, accounting, forensic accounting, taxation, investments, and financial/management consultancy. Having worked previously as a well-trained auditor, and as head of finance / Chief Financial officer for several fast-growing companies in Nigeria, he constantly brings his solid finance and tax expertise to bear. He currently serves as financial/management consultant and advisor to many multinational companies with branches across four continents..

Olaribigbe Jimoh

Olaribigbe Jimoh Osabiya FCIB, MBA Jimoh Osabiya is a dynamic, vision-oriented leader and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in Banking and Financial services businesses. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Wema Registrars Ltd (subsidiary of Wema Bank Plc) for about 6 years before he left to establish Reliance Microfinance Bank which he currently manages as the pioneer Managing Director/CEO since January 2016.Prior to this, he worked with many top-rated financial institutions - FCMB/CSL group, Skye Bank Plc (Corporate & Investment Banking division), Skye Stockbrokers now Securities Africa Financial Ltd (Group Head, Finance, Operations & Admin). He also worked in UBA Group (UBA Registrars) now African Prudential Plc where he was adjudged the best team leader during the transformation of the Registrars department of the group to a full-fledged subsidiary company developing and implementing seamless techno-based operational model, new business development, team building and human capital development. His significant contribution earned him promotion and appointment as the Chief Operating Officer in March 2008. He left in December 2009 to take up the leadership of Wema Registrars Limited in January 2010.He holds Bachelor degree in Banking & Finance as well as MBA, Marketing from Olabisi Onabanjo University and Lagos State University respectively. He is an Alumnus of Lagos Business School and has attended several trainings/workshops (both local and foreign) on financial services with expertise on credit/financial analysis, investment management, share registration, leadership, strategy, microfinance and risk management.A Fellowship of Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria (FCIB), Institute of Capital Market Registrars Nigeria (FCMR) and Associateship of Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM) and Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (ACIP) and Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB). He is equally an erstwhile registered capital market operator with Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).In his quest to further improve his knowledge and skill, he attended Lagos Business School (Chief Executive Program), Pan African Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School, (University of Nivara) Barcelona, Spain and also completed International Management Program in Nanyang Business School, (Nanyang Technological University) Singapore.Jimoh is a self-motivated and inspiring entrepreneur with good interpersonal relationship skill. A Founder/Director of Reliance Capital, Nigeria, currently the Financial Secretary of Chartered Institute of Bankers, Lagos Branch and a member of Apapa club who loves recreation and playing table-tennis.

Funmi Ogunbiyi

Funmi Ogunbiyi ACIIN, MBA, MSC Funmi Ogunbiyi is an experienced Risk and Insurance professional with almost 20 years’ experience in converting strategic plans into practical implementation through functional and multi-cultural experience. She is customer-centric with passion for risk management and the bottom-line profitability of organisations. She has in-depth experience in Underwriting, Business Operations, Claim Management, Reinsurance etc; She has worked for highly-rated Insurance companies at the management level. Funmi Ogunbiyi is a M.sc distinction graduate of Risk Management and Insurance from University of Lagos and a second-class upper graduate of Actuarial Science from the same university. She also holds an MBA degree in marketing and she is an alumnus of Lagos Business School.
